Sleepless

I am in the process of cutting down on the decadron (anti-swelling steroid) in hopes that I can begin to sleep through the night. I am in bed by 10 but awake by 2am. I am thankful for Ken Boa on my iPod so I can at least listen to enriching teaching. But many times get up for about an hour. We continue to get our house ready to go on the market and hope to have it listed by next week.
