sleepless night

Last night was a tough night. I did not get much sleep. It was probably due to the chelation solution that was injected into my veins to pull heavy metals out of my system yesterday for a test for heavy metals. But all was not lost. I was awake at 2:30 am with my brain in overdrive with some writing thoughts for the book. Now, if I can only read my scribbles that I tried to record via flashlight and steno pad. Otherwise, today is a free day to rest, write, and continue my memory project. I have already decided what today is and what I am going to do with it. How about you?
