Apartment Living and unpacking

We are working at getting stuff out of boxes and finding where things are to establish our new living arrangement. Closing went well yesterday. Our house is now in the hands of new owners. It was a sober moment to turn over 22 years of memories. We are trusting in God for this new stage of life. In my doctor visit yesterday with Dr. Oswari, he identified that by body is weak right now and rest is the order of the day. He took note from 1 Samuel 30:21-25 where David's men needed rest. We are so grateful to the Showler family who came to our rescue on Thursday night to get the final stuff out of the house and into the apartment. We couldn't have done it without them.

We are still waiting for Verizon to hook up phone and Internet but for right now, We have a low level signal from Southwood's wifi until Verizon comes on Monday to do the installation. Tomorrow should be a short walk to church across the parking lot. Our oldest daughter, Kristin and granddaughter Ranae fly home to Texas today. We will miss them, but look forward to joining them some day.

How exciting...cautious optimism after the MRI and a new pad for the three of you! We'll keep praying...you know to call us if there is anything we can do!
